As a suspension and steering geometry design team, to make a race car perform outstanding in vehicle dynamics is definitely our job and duty. Of all the fSAE race car components, what leads the whole team to the championship is suspension and steering. With our race car highly analyzed and properly adjusted, we are confident that no matter how critical the track is we are going to run over it.

BRAKING

Should any misfortune happen, we shoulder the responsibility to protect our friend, classmate or anyone that sit inside the chassis and those on the bleacher. In order to have a superb design, probing the best balance between safety, cost and weight is our endless duty and goal.Besides brake, tire, wheel, and hub also lie in our domain. Choosing tires that fit our car is easy, yet determining which one can enhance performance is not. As a result, factors including motor power output, desired speed, local temperature, road condition…etc., must be taken into account. We also do experiments to collect critical data of a tire, calculate and then submit them to the controlling guys.
